Compare machines that wrap PVC film, paper or veneer around mouldings and profiles by film width, speed, glue system and roller sets. Bond performance depends on substrate, adhesive and profile shape and needs a sample run.
The Tengda hot-melt record lists 20–300 mm film width and 20–50 m/min, but its description also makes PUR bonding claims, so the adhesive configuration must be confirmed in writing. Film width has to cover the developed width of the profile plus overlap, and tight radii usually run slower than flat skirting. Send profile drawings, substrate, film or veneer type and climate of use. Ask how many roller stations and sets are included, the changeover time per profile and for wrapped samples tested after heat and cold exposure.
Compare the documented models before requesting offers
Use the same component or incoming material to ask each supplier a comparable question. The entries below identify a selection issue for each published record. They are not test scores or a ranking of manufacturers.
20–300 mm film width, 20–50 m/min, 13.5 kW total, 20 kg glue drum, scraper at 130–150 °C.
Confirm whether it is set up for EVA hot-melt or PUR, the roller stations and sets included, and wrapped samples of your profiles.
A missing answer stays unconfirmed. Working area, wheel diameter, tape height, motor ratings and process counts must retain their original labels; they are not interchangeable capacities. Keep accessories, handling, utilities and the sample acceptance job explicit when comparing offers.
Numeric ranges match where capacities overlap. Selected values must all match; series combinations require manufacturer confirmation.

The Tengda hot-melt profile wrapping machine bonds PVC film, decorative paper or veneer onto mouldings and profiles through a heated glue scraper. It handles film 20–300 mm wide at 20–50 m/min, draws 13.5 kW (5 kW average), uses a 20 kg glue drum and weighs 2500 kg in a 6000 × 1…
