This notice explains what the directory stores when you browse, submit a sourcing request or apply as a factory.

Information you submit / 提交的信息

Sourcing requests store your name, company, email and requirements. Factory applications store company details, website, contact information and application notes. These records are not shown on public pages. When you address a request to specific factories, the requirements you entered are made available to those factories so they can reply.

Sessions and drafts / 会话与草稿

A necessary session cookie protects forms and connects your receipt to your browser session. An unfinished draft is kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and cleared after a successful submission. Server-side validation failures preserve the draft for your active session.

Analytics and email / 统计与邮件

Optional analytics load only after you accept them in Analytics preferences, and you can change that choice at any time. We do not use marketing pixels. Service emails are limited to the request or account you created.

Your choices / 您的选择

To ask for a copy of the information you submitted or to request its deletion, email support@woodworkmill.com or use the contact page. Do not include passwords, bank details or confidential drawings that you are not prepared to share with the factories you contact.
