How supplier information is reviewed
Clear information helps buyers ask better questions. A published listing is not an independent factory audit.
Separate records, separate decisions
Company review, publication and factory ownership claims are recorded separately. An application does not automatically become a listing.
Use attributable information
Company descriptions, equipment specifications and images need traceable sources. Missing specifications stay unknown. Category illustrations do not represent actual supplier equipment.
Understand the limits
Information review is not laboratory testing, certification or a site inspection. Buyers should confirm the configuration and commercial terms directly through their supplier conversation.
Keep communication on the platform
Private contact details and source records are not part of the public directory.
Read each specification in its own context
A dimension retains the label used in the reviewed material. Sliding-table length is not rip-fence capacity, wheel diameter is not maximum log diameter, and edge-tape height is not panel thickness. Minimum part length, working width and thickness limits must be considered together for the same component. A model or series name does not supply a missing numerical value.
Missing values and conflicting descriptions
When a source omits a value, the catalogue leaves it unconfirmed and explains the question to ask. When a product introduction and table disagree, we do not select the larger figure or average the two. Related variants and optional accessories are kept separate. Ask for an identified specification for the exact machine and configuration in the quotation. A source-review date indicates when the published material was checked; it is not a guarantee that the offered configuration remains identical.
What the platform has and has not established
Factory profiles describe the published business and equipment range. A claimed profile shows that a representative has passed the platform’s claim process; it is not independent performance testing and does not verify every certification and service claim. Product pages provide documented information and purchasing questions. They are not a safety assessment, contractual specification or a guarantee of availability, price, precision or production output.
Make a purchasing comparison useful
Use the same drawings, material and finished-part criteria for each supplier. Keep the model, accessories, holding, utilities and acceptance job in the written offer. Distinguish a manufacturer response from a demonstrated result, and record the conditions of a sample job. Corrections should identify the relevant page, field or statement and supporting document; the platform contact form can be used to bring an issue to the team.
