Compare travel, workholding and machining operations
The SW2040 record gives X, Y and Z travel, and the JQ49-4 record lists numerical working travel. SMART-PR1 is named as a cantilever four-axis machining centre, while JQ49-4 uses a four-process arrangement. These descriptions are different; neither alone establishes simultaneous interpolation or cycle time. Start with your sheet size, part geometry and required operations. Ask for the usable machining area with fixtures installed, tool changes, controller configuration and file compatibility. Specify extraction, electrical supply and loading access in the quotation. Ask separately for finished-part tolerance and output on your parts.
Compare the documented models before requesting offers
Use the same component or incoming material to ask each supplier a comparable question. The entries below identify a selection issue for each published record. They are not test scores or a ranking of manufacturers.
What are the usable envelope and specified spindle for this SMART-PR1?
A missing answer stays unconfirmed. Working area, wheel diameter, tape height, motor ratings and process counts must retain their original labels; they are not interchangeable capacities. Keep accessories, handling, utilities and the sample acceptance job explicit when comparing offers.
Numeric ranges match where capacities overlap. Selected values must all match; series combinations require manufacturer confirmation.

The JQ49-4 is a four-process precision panel cutting machine with a listed working travel of 1220 by 2800 by 200 mm. Its specification image gives two 6 kW and two 3.5 kW spindle motors, servo drive and a Syntec 60CB control system. The work surface uses divided vacuum zones, wi…
The SW2040 woodworking CNC router has a listed working area of 2000 by 4000 by 190 mm. The specification table gives an engraving speed of 20000 mm per minute and a spindle speed range of 6000 to 24000 rpm. Listed tool diameters run from 3.175 to 12.7 mm. Applications described …
The SMART-PR1 is described as a cantilever four-axis machining centre for door, wall and cabinet components. The product name establishes the four-axis arrangement and cantilever configuration, while the photograph shows the overall machine layout and separate control position. …
