Pinmai PE-2C7J straight-edge banding machine

The Pinmai PE-2C7J is a straight-edge banding machine for edge tape 0.4–3 mm thick and 12–55 mm wide, on panels 10–50 mm thick and at least 60 mm wide, at 13–18 m/min. Equipment scope

The catalogue follows the main steps of panel-furniture production. For cutting there are CNC nesting machines, described as four-process and automatic-labelling cutting centres, and an electronic beam saw. For edges there is a long edge-bander series: standard straight-edge models, narrow-panel models, models with upper and lower glue pots, PUR models and servo or laser-edging models. For drilling there are six-sided CNC drills with one or two drill heads and automatic tool change, plus side-hole drilling units.
