�司 and an address on Hongliuhe Road, Huangdao; both agree with the company's registration. The company says it has built non-standard multi-daylight hot presses for more than 30 years and that its design and assembly team has decades of experience.

It describes itself as a standing member of the Qingdao woodworking machinery association, with CE marking on its hot presses, high-technology enterprise status, a Qingdao specialised-enterprise recognition and exports to more than 50 countries and regions. It names two Chinese wooden-door brands as hot-press customers.

Hot presses are the core of the range. The press records cover single-daylight presses for door skins and post-forming, three-daylight presses around 120 tonnes, and five- and eight-daylight presses at 300 and 250 tonnes. Jianlong lists wooden doors and door facings, plywood, block board, sealing materials, plastic board, hollow panels and secondary lamination of wood-based panels as typical work, and says it designs complete press lines.

The company also makes the machines that sit beside a press in a door plant: glue spreaders, veneer shears, cold presses, lock mortisers for door hardware and core-board composers. Its own machining shop includes CNC machine tools and large planing, grinding and boring machines.

Compare presses on force and platen area together. The same tonnage over a larger platen gives a lower specific pressure, and specific pressure is what the adhesive and the panel feel. Daylight opening, number of daylights, platen thickness, heating method and loading arrangement decide whether a press suits your product.

Jianlong deserves a place on the shortlist for wooden-door makers, veneer-laminating shops and small plywood or block-board producers who want a multi-daylight hot press, and possibly the glue spreader, shear and lock mortiser, from one supplier.

For continuous pressing, membrane presses for three-dimensional thermoforming or high-volume particleboard and MDF lines, ask for reference installations first. Curved components are a separate case again: a heated roller press bends and bonds the panel in one pass, which is a different process from flat daylight pressing.

Describe the panel: size, thickness, core and face materials, adhesive, and the pressure and temperature the adhesive supplier recommends. Give the panels per cycle and output per shift you need, and say whether you press flat only or also form.

Ask Jianlong to propose a model and state the specific pressure on your panel area, the platen temperature range, heat-up time, heating source and the closing and holding method. Ask for an itemised offer covering the press, heater, loading equipment, hydraulic oil, installation and training.
