A curved-panel roller press bends a panel and bonds its layers in one pass. The panel, built up from thin layers or a flexible core with a facing, passes between heated rollers set to the curve; the heat sets the adhesive and the panel holds its shape. Furniture fronts, curved cabinet parts, doors and interior panels are typical products.
Heat-transfer oil gives even heat along the roller length, which helps the adhesive cure uniformly across a wide panel.
