What the swing-arm bander is built to do
Tape height and panel thickness
The 10–60 mm range is the height of the edge tape the machine accepts. Tape is usually a little higher than the panel is thick, with the overhang trimmed afterwards, so ask Ruiao for the matching panel thickness range.
Glue system
Five heating rods and an insulated, enlarged glue pot keep the glue at temperature over a long session, and automatic control holds the set temperature. Ruiao describes double-sided gluing; ask which surfaces the machine coats on your setup.

Trimming after gluing
On this machine, end trimming, corner rounding and flush trimming are separate steps. Ruiao sells trimming tools for that. For straight panels in volume, an automatic edge bander such as the Weihai Deli MFB104 glues and trims in one pass. The Pinmai PE-2C7J, also among the edge banders on this site, works the same straight-line way. Before banding, a CNC router like the Huawei SW2040 usually cuts the curved outline.
A trial on your own parts
Send a part with your tightest curve and the tape you use. Ask Ruiao to band it, trim it with the tools it proposes and record glue temperature and feed. Check the bond on the curve and the finished corners.
