The official product page identifies MB203D as a double-sided thickness planer. This is a process match for a solid-wood workshop investigating machining on two faces; it does not establish the finished flatness, surface quality or dimensional tolerance of your timber. The reviewed table gives an upper maximum cutting allowance of 4 mm and a lower maximum of 2 mm. Neither number is a finished thickness tolerance, and their sum should not be treated as an automatically available removal depth for every workpiece.
The published automatic feed range is 8–10 m/min. That is travel through the machine, rather than a promise of accepted boards per hour. Material hardness, incoming shape, removal depth, handling and the required finish belong in the sample trial. A first enquiry should say whether you are correcting rough stock, matching already prepared components or trying to replace an existing two-pass operation.
